By visiting our website, purchasing a product, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on our website, including our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Preorder Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws through your use of the website.

You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts, payment systems, or other technology used by Maxios Trading.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict account access, or terminate use of the website where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe the products available through our website.

Product availability may change without notice.

Certain products may be:

  • Limited in quantity

  • Subject to manufacturer or distributor allocation

  • Available only while supplies last

  • Subject to purchase limits

  • Designated as final sale

  • Available only through preorder

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory.

An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and processed by Maxios Trading.

3. Trading Cards and Collectibles

Trading cards, sealed TCG products, figures, collectibles, and related products may vary in market value over time.

Maxios Trading does not guarantee:

  • Future resale value

  • Investment performance

  • Card pull rates

  • Rarity outcomes

  • Specific cards inside randomized products

  • Grading results

  • Future collectibility or demand

Randomized products are purchased with the understanding that their contents are determined by the manufacturer.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Price changes after an order is placed do not entitle the customer to a refund, adjustment, store credit, or cancellation solely because the market price later increased or decreased.

We are not responsible for obvious typographical, pricing, or listing errors.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and issue any required refund.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Pricing or inventory errors

  • Purchase-limit violations

  • Distributor allocation reductions

  • Orders intended for unauthorized resale

  • Automated purchasing or bots

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Purchase Limits

Certain high-demand, limited-release, or allocated products may have quantity limits.

Purchase limits may apply per:

We may cancel duplicate or related orders that appear designed to bypass stated purchase limits.

7. Preorders

Preorders allow customers to reserve products that are expected to be released or received at a later date.

Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers, publishers, or distributors and may change without notice.

Preorder quantities may be subject to distributor allocation.

If we receive fewer units than expected, we may reduce or cancel affected orders. Any amount charged for merchandise we cannot fulfill will be refunded as required.

Unless otherwise stated, preorder cancellations are subject to our Preorder and Refund Policies.

A decrease in market value does not by itself create a right to cancel a preorder.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders are subject to processing time before shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Once an order has shipped, carrier delays, weather events, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping, delay, cancellation, and refund rights remain subject to applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable requirements. Federal rules generally require sellers to notify customers of qualifying delays and provide cancellation/refund options. (Consumer Advice)

9. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues

Customers should promptly review tracking information and inspect packages upon arrival.

If an order appears lost, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered, contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, tracking information, packaging, or other documentation in order to investigate a claim.

Nothing in this section limits rights that customers may have under applicable law or payment-card rules.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and final-sale products are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Because trading card products and collectibles can be tampered with, searched, opened, or affected by market-price changes, certain products may have stricter return requirements.

Any applicable:

  • Restocking fee

  • Return-shipping responsibility

  • Final-sale designation

11. Product Condition

We make reasonable efforts to ship merchandise in appropriate condition.

Collectible packaging may have minor manufacturer or distributor imperfections, including:

  • Small dents

  • Scratches

  • Creases

  • Corner wear

  • Printing variations

  • Plastic-wrap imperfections

  • Minor shelf wear

Unless otherwise stated, outer packaging is intended primarily to protect the product and minor cosmetic packaging imperfections may not qualify the product as defective.

12. Product Images and Descriptions

Packaging, promotional materials, colors, included artwork, or minor design details may vary from manufacturer images.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that every description, image, specification, or other listing detail is entirely free of errors.

Maxios Trading intends to sell authentic merchandise obtained from distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and other suppliers we consider legitimate.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit merchandise.
